  • Distinctive experience, Pianists taking requests, a room that goes with every vibe, guests singing along. No background muzak, but entertainment that elevates the event.
  • Beachfront on the promenade, Strandweg 21-29, approximately 30 minutes from The Hague Central Station. The hall overlooks the sea.
  • One location for the complete programme: ontvangst, diner (Walking Dinner), show, dansvloer, club tot 04:00.
  • Fully customisable The programme, menu, drinks packages, and atmosphere are tailored for each event. We are flexible with start times, end times, and programme structure.

Walking Dinner: The concept for larger events

For groups of 35 or more, we offer a Walking Dinner: dishes served on large platters, guests mingle throughout the room, with live music during the meal. The difference from a seated dinner is that nobody is tied to the same table companion: your guests walk around, meet more people, and have time to network or dance between courses. For corporate events where networking is a goal, this demonstrably works better than a classic four-course meal at a long table.

5 to 10 courses, from €58.50 p.p. (5 courses) to €108.50 p.p. (10 courses). You can put together your own menu from cold dishes, sushi rolls & nigiris, hot dishes and desserts. Full menu, prices and example combinations at the Group dinner page.

Home cooking

Crazy Pianos heeft een eigen keuken, geen ingehuurde caterer, geen kant-en-klare maaltijden. Het keukenteam serveert dagelijks shared dining, Sushi, steaks, seafood en vegetarisch, en stelt voor events Walking Dinner samen uit het complete menu.

We take dietary requirements for pregnant guests, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, and halal into account. Please inform us at least 2 weeks before the event. Guests with dietary requirements will be served their dishes separately to prevent cross-contamination.

Exclusive hire (full venue buyout)

For events where privacy or branding is important, you can hire the entire venue. No regular guests, complete control over who enters, flexible start and end times, bespoke programmes. With a full venue buyout, we can also open earlier than our regular opening hours, handy for events starting around 4 PM or 5 PM.

Bespoke programme

Every event is different. A typical programme for a business event of ~80 people:

1. Arrival (around 18:00), welkomstdrankje, eerste pianoslag, eventueel cocktail workshop als ijsbreker (€35 p.p.).

2. Welcome moment / speech, by the host, CEO or chairman. Our sound system is ready.

3. Walking Dinner (starts around 7:00 PM), 6 of 7 courses, guests move around the room.

4. Show & Dance Floor, the pianists switch to interactive mode, requests from the audience, singalongs, dancing.

5. Optional Club night On Friday or Saturday until 03:00 / 04:00.

When requesting a quote, discuss what you do and do not want, such as speeches, awards, presentations, and live streaming, so we can tailor the programme accordingly.

The Scheveningen boulevard is a recognisable location, even for guests who have never been to The Hague before. For international guests, your address plus the Pier or Kurhaus can be used as excellent landmarks.

Branding and atmosphere

Crazy Pianos has a distinctive atmosphere of its own: red pianos, bar, lounge, dance floor. For corporate branding, we can offer limited additions, such as a roll banner at reception, branded napkins, or a special cocktail menu. We are not a blank event hall that you can completely restyle, and we communicate this in advance so you know exactly what to expect.

For brand experiences that require a completely stylised setting, we are not the right choice. For events that benefit from a recognisable, distinctive location (“we’re doing something different this year, not another hotel”), we are exactly that.
